Thank you, Tdub! This was very helpful. My ex wants me back (followed your steps!) so I have some big decisions to make now .... this technique should help me with those "anxiety moments." okay first all. This is NOT a book. It is a PDF was really BIG type, so it's not really 62 pages. The image on the website, with the title and graphics on this book, IS NOT ACCURATE. If you were to print this thing in 10pt New Roman Times, it would be about 25 pages or so, and It would be more of a booklet. I think that it's worth about $20, but not $40.. I feel kinda jipped.

This is all well & good if your ex is still single. But what if it's been like 3 months & they're already with someone new? And they're all lovey dovey with them now. This obviously makes things more difficult. Watch Tdubs videos and he says to wait around a month. During this time dont see your ex talk to your ex at all if possible. So that means if you sit next to him or her in a class then move seats. This is really important because it will give you the time to yourself you need to become a cool calm collected individual

@Lynchie1221 My situation is very unique but minus the details yes I did send the letter. The letter is meant as a bridge builder so to speak from when you break up to when you initiate contact with her again. Follow what to say as tdub outlines in one of his videos about the magic second chance letter and send it a couple days after the break up. If your past that point then thats fine, the letter will work as long as your not in reconciliation.

I love this question. My ex complained that we HAD to speak every day. In retrospect, I tried telling him that I just wanted to connect w/ him every day. "Just send me a text to say 'I love you', or send me a picture or a funny joke." I'd tell him, but he insisted it wasn't a big deal and I assumed it wasn't. Now I feel like we had a connection overload. Next time, I want to make sure that he understands what I REALLY want.
