fructis is not really good for your there is a lot of silicone wich make your hair look shiny but dry them off!!! i would recomment anti frizz john frieda or kerastase oleorelax but i don't know if you have it overseas!

the same thing happens to me and its because my hair has some split ends. The best thing to do is cut all of the split ends off however I don't want my hair to be short so what I will do is cut the split ends off when my hair grows its longest and then it will grow better and much more manageable and I won't need to use as much product

I have curly hair, which have ringlets. My hair doesn't seem to grow any more. It seems to grow to a certain length, fall out, then grow to the same length and cycle continues. Naturally curly hair goes only with professional hair products! I have the worst kind. Frizzy & only till the shoulders (short growth cycle). So it never gets long & heavy enough to look good. It is uncontrollable if I comb it without products. It looks like cotton and flies around... And it is so dry, that if I comb it without a product the hairs break! Eugene Perma and Framesi kinda work for me, so I am really excited to look for the products u recommended. I hope I can find them in Austria.

Thank you! :) I have found that crunchy curls are a result of having your hair too wet when applying product. I comb through each product and once I'm done I use my hands to scrunch my hair and then after about 20-30 minutes I give my hair a good shake to fluff it up and break up any potential crunchies.

I only shampoo about 3 times a week but I do rinse my hair every morning in the shower. I brush my hair twice a day, once in the morning before I get in the shower and at night before bed. You have to brush curly hair to help distribute the oils and stimulate the scalp just don't brush it during the day after its been styled. Leave in conditioners are key to help control frizz which is why I use 2. I also almost never use heat on my hair I just air dry.

Thank you! Definitely try different things and in different combination. What works for me might not work for you but its worth a shot. Because I have such thick hair I can get away with using a lot of product and not worrying about weighing it down. I know that lotions work great for my sister but not for me so definitely experiment till you find what works for your hair.

Deva Curl is great although unfortunately it did not work for me :(. Having curly hair is expensive and requires a lot of trial and error. I can't even tell you how many different brands I have tried or how many different cocktails I've combined. So far what I show here really is the only thing working for me at the moment and that mousse and gel are KEY for me at least. My sister can get away with less sometimes but my hair is just really course which adds another element to the mix

She gives really good products but if money is tighter try DevaCurl products. They are great and shampoo and conditioner is like 20 dollars together (not each). That might still be kind of expensive... but the reality is, like she said, curly hair just isnt inexpensive.

You need to DEEP condition it and use a leave in conditioner daily. I deep condition about twice a month and I use 2 leave in conditioners daily (the Pravana spray and the Bumble & Bumble). Are you using a heat protectant when you straighten your hair? I flat iron my hair MAYBE 6 times a year if that and I use a blow dryer with a diffuser maybe 7 times a year otheiwise I always let it air dry so that helps.

Unfortunately from my experience being broke doesn't agree with our hair type :(. I have yet to find drugstore items that work for me. Check out some online discount places and stock up if you can. For me and what I use my MUST haves are the Joico Gel, & the B&B leave in and teh Foxy Curls mousse. The Pravana and Aquage are definitely needed but I have gone w/o for a couple days before. A good leave in and gel are your 1st and last basics if that makes sense.

@beepie123 STOPSHRINKAGE: wearoldspeghettistrap tshirt. comb in the shower with a conditioner then put Cantu Shea Butter in it and Control Freak by Bed Head and separate it into 4 sections and apply the two products. Next take small bunches of curls and smooth them down while lightly pulling on them. Once you do this to all the curls then pin your hair down to your shirt with a clip to the length you want your curls to be and let it air dry for a while and when its mostly done blow dry it.

yeahhhh.. the probably is, my hair is even curlier than hers! my curls are like ringlets so they spring up and it makes my hair look really short so i can't do much with it. when it's curly it's a little past my shoulders and when it's straight it goes half way down my back... it's so hard to do anything with it!

there are many ppl in the world with curly hair and therefore everyone's hair is different. a latino woman's curly hair can be diff. from a white or black woman who has curly hair. some ppl's curls need more moisture then others due to TEXTURE a white woman's curls my not need as much product as a black woman's because our (black women) hair needs oils while white women's hair most often rejects too much oil thus yu wash yur hair more. organic things do work "better" but not in every sense

curls need toxin free hair products. Trust me, I have VERY curly hair that used to be Really DRY. I switched to organic, toxic/chemical free, products. No masks are necessary, certainly no leave in conditioner. I am no stylist, but I have curly hair that is healthy, not frizzy, not dry and is being nourished without chemicals. Im sorry but you don't comb no hair harsh like that regardless if it's a weave or a natural I don't care how renowned of stylist you are. They should know better it's the hair could come out so easily then you won't have no weave doing that mess. its been dry and frizzy ever since i was born. everyone in my family has this type of hair. i just asked the counter person at sallys what she recommended. i only started blow drying my hair when i was a sophmore in high school. and this treatment worked with wonders. i hate blow driers and only use them when im in a rush. the megasilk repaired my h air and premoted hair growth along with natural shine.

haha that sounds like the tequila song. i have curly hair. even more so dry and frizzy. and none of this crap works. the best product i have ever used is megasilk heat protecting spray with olive oil.. spray freely and blowdry your hair. but not so much that its completely dry. yep. just one product and a blow dryer is all you really need. its only 6-7 dollars at sally's beauty supply and its the best thing ive ever used

i dont think anyone needs a tutorial to know how to make a ponytail with curly hair....... its no rocket science! And it doesnt really depend on teh type of hair, i have a very round scull, if I wear a ponytail, i look like a pumkin.. Can you show other, different hairstyles, with braids, and accesories... I use to have to same problem. Do you blow dry your hair? If not, I suggest you should. If you do, and if you take my advice to, I would suggest using a defuser. They work amazingly well, my hair has never looked better. most of them come with blow dryers, but if not, you could probably get one at your local drug store.

ouch it looks like you were pulling her hair really hard. And you only need to run it through once. When you are straightening curling or waving doing it rough,fast, and a lot will guarantee frizz and damage. Girls its slowly and consistent you keep the straightener moving when you are straightening slow enough that it straightens in one try but fast enough that you don't get stuck in one place. And the slower you go when curling the tighter the curl the faster the looser the curl.

Yes I did. It's about $6 and last about 2 1/2 to 4 weeks depending on how often and how much you use. I tend to put more in than I need to so it lasts about 3 weeks, and I have very thick hair. Good luck, I've tried just about everything and it's the only one that actually worked on my hair. =)

My hair is weird. It's really curly and thick and not frizzy at all right after a shower when it is wet and stays like that if i comb it while it is wet. If I try to comb or brush it when it is dry, than it frizzes up and becomes one giant frizzy monster on my head.

wow this clip is very informative :) I've got naturally curly hair myself & hair on certain parts of my head, especially the back of my head is so frizzy.
