PLEASE HELP: I got my ex to email me and gave me his new number after 9 months of not hearing from him. He wrote two sentences saying he has lost my number and we knew eachother for six years. So do I but it was just a figure of speech. The only reason someone would take care of a hungry and ungroomed dog would be if they felt sorry for it and you dont want an ex to take you back bc they feel sorry for you. You want them to accept you back bc they are attracted to you and miss what they dont have.

Thank you, Tdub! This was very helpful. My ex wants me back (followed your steps!) so I have some big decisions to make now .... this technique should help me with those "anxiety moments."
